The problem is NOT your power cord.
Your problem is that this subwoofer was apparently made for use ONLY IN THE USA AND OTHER COUNTRIES USING 110V electricity (NOT 220V electricity such as what you have in Russia).
You need a 220V -> 110V voltage transformer to use that subwoofer in Russia, OR you need an entirely new SVS amplifier that was designed for use in Europe and Russia.
We will search our records for that serial number on Monday. I do not believe the name of the customer who ordered it was Mikhail Bernchtein. Mikhail Bernchtein DID try to order a PB10-NSD from us but the order was never completed due to credit card problems. Is there someone else who may have ordered for you from SVS? Was this a previously used subwoofer perhaps?
If you can tell us the exact name of the original buyer of this subwoofer we can help further. However, until you get either a voltage transformer or a amplifier rated for use in 220V systems your PB10-NSD subwoofer will not work.
We want EVERY SVS subwoofer to make its customer happy, but it is important to have the RIGHT subwoofer make for your country. An amplifier is very easy to replace, but we will require you to return the old amplifier at your expense and pay to ship a new 220V amp to you.
Пойду сегодня искать трансформатор на 110 В и будет думать с CDC как поменять усилительную часть
